Perennials rooted cuttings sales:
- Sale: The minimum sale is 1 tray per variety. The number per tray is 102, of which 100 will be charged unless stated/agreed otherwise.
- Price: Prices are in Euro’s each, ex-nursery excluding VAT and valid from 01 Oct. 2023 up to 30 Sept. 2024. We reserve the right to adjust prices within the aforementioned period if unforeseen circumstances force us to do so.
- Order time: To deliver your order as complete as possible, we advise you to send your order before February 2024 via: orders@gebr-alkemade.nl
The small order surcharge per order line is as follow:
1 tray = 10 eurocent extra per plug
2 trays = 5 eurocent extra per plug
3 trays = 3 eurocent extra per plug
4 trays = 2 eurocent extra per plug
5 trays and more = prices as per catalogue.
For orders from our availability-lists a small order surcharge will also apply. However, if we offer less than 5 trays of the variety ordered we will not apply the order surcharge.
Terms of delivery:
These terms of delivery are applicable for all our offers, agreements and orders. Deviating conditions of our buyers can only be accepted if they are confirmed by us in writing.
Ownership of the goods will remain with the seller until the invoice has been fully settled by the buyer (including interest, other costs and fines). The risk of the goods is for the account of the buyer from the moment the goods leave the nursery of the seller.
Delivery weeks are confirmed as an indication. Delay in delivery will never allow the buyer to cancel the order nor give the right to compensation.
Complaints should reach us within 8 days after receiving the goods per registered mail. The date of the stamp is decisive. With each complaint a clear description of the complaint must be given.
The amount of a damage-claim can never be higher than the amount stated in the invoice.
Although every effort is made to deliver the plants in good condition and in time, unforeseen circumstances such as bad harvest, frost and damage can occur. These circumstances, relieve us from the obligation to deliver, even if the order has already been accepted and confirmed.
Prices:
All prices and offers are non-binding.
Plants are delivered in standard boxes VML/VMH, on pallets and on CC-trolleys. Costs of packaging are passed on at cost price. Provided the boxes/pallets are delivered back to us empty and undamaged packaging will be taken back at the cost price minus the following deductions:
VML € 0,12
VMH € 0,12
Pallets € 1,15
CC-trolleys must be changed at delivery!
Payment should be made without deduction within 30 days from the date of invoice.
In case of payment after the due date 1% interest per month will be charged for the full invoice-amount. All extra costs to collect the payment will be for the buyer.
The buyer is not authorized to deduct any amount from the purchase price due to a counterclaim made by him and/or to compensate and/or suspend payment of the price in any other way.
Dutch law applies to all agreements and orders. For any dispute Dutch law is applicable. Also in case of transaction with a buyer established outside the Netherlands.
